Here is a sneak peek from today’s session with the Carus Family…we’ve pretty much decided that when they move out of their house, we’re moving in!  ;-)  Just kidding!  Their home is absolutely incredible!  Thanks for the opportunity to come over and hang out with you all!!

Grandparents with their grandchildren is so precious!  This family love each other so much and it’s so evident.  We loved getting to spend time with them and play with the kids, too.  When you’re not around children very much, you are quickly reminded of the things in life that are important to a child! It’s the simple things in life that can be the most important.  How often we forget that. 

What a cute family!!  I think we’ve decided that ice cream and swing sets make everyone happy during a photos shoot!  (It just has to be eaten very quickly when it’s hot!!)

Talk about a picture-perfect preggo!!  Christin and Nathan are just beaming as a parents-to-be and we were so excited to capture this special time in their lives!  We’re so excited to meet Baby Pappas and to take his pictures, too!!

It’s awesome to be able to have the chance to keep in touch with friends who don’t live super close to you by being able to photograph for them!  It always gives you a reason to get together to hang out and we’re so glad that we got to do this with my good college friends, Tricia and Josh, and their kids, Eiley and Koen.  Eiley is 6 months old and she is such a cutie, you just want to eat her up!!  

So, you can’t get much cuter than this little kid!  We can hardly believe that we photographed this little one a year ago for our good friends, Josh and Julie, and he’s already turning 1.  He definitely had us on our toes and we hope that one day, we’ll have a kid as stinkin’ cute as him!!   

So, photographing toddlers sure is good experience for us!  It’s so interesting to learn how every child is different, but yet they are all the same in that they love to PLAY!!  Some are wild and crazy and some are shy, but no matter how they are, if they can play, all is well with the world.  We had a blast playing with little Paige and then it was nap time, at least for us…!

Ben and So Youn are some friends of ours who had a little girl about 3 months ago.  She’s so cute!!
